

Black Forest Smoothie
Cherries, chocolate, dates, banana creaminess...what could be better? Adding in some spinach for plant power...you'll never know it's in there! Enjoy for breakfast or snack. Serves one. Blend:
1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut, or hemp milk (water works fine too)
1/2 large frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
4 large Medjool dates, pitted
1 large handful spinach (pictured here with sprinkle of cacao nibs) You can thank me later :)
