Chocolatey Chocolate Muffins

You will be thanking me after you try these! Moist, chocolatey, deliciousness here! They freeze well too. Perfect after school snack for the kiddos. Refined sugar free, dairy free, and wheat free.

Makes: 8 Muffins

1 cup applesauce

1 tsp coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup coconut palm sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

3/4 cup oat flour (I simply pulsed my gluten free oats in my nutribullet for 5 seconds)

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa or raw cacao

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lilly brand, sweetened with stevia and dairy free)

Combine applesauce and next four ingredients. In separate bowl, combine next six ingredients. Combine ingredients from both bowls together. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 8 muffin tins lined.

Bake 20-22 minutes at 350'. Enjoy!!
