Skin Beautifying Smoothie= Pineapple + Goji


Superfoods! They are some of the most nutrient dense and anti-oxidant packed foods on the planet.

The Goji berry, which has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries, is often cited as number one. Here are a few benefits of goji berries:

Skin Beautifying Smoothie: Pineapple + Goji Berry

Ingredients:

1 cup, Pineapple chopped

2 Tbsp, Goji Berries

½ Lime, juiced

1 cup spinach

1 cup coconut water or filtered water

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
