Banana Walnut Muffins


These are moist, delicious, and shhh nutritious;)

Makes 8-10 muffins

Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup almond butter 1 cup almond flour 1⁄2 cup raw honey 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted 1 banana, mashed in with all the ingredients 1⁄2 tsp. baking soda 1⁄2 tsp. baking powder 1⁄4 tsp. sea salt Pinch of cinnamon 1⁄4 cup crushed walnuts (or raw unsalted nut of choice), stirred into mixture at the end. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Line muffin tin with tin muffin cups or silicone muffin cups. Place ingredients in muffin cups and bake for approx. 15-20 min.
